Matthew has been with the Ada Meher team since its inception and has consistently gone above and beyond for both his team and his clients. It was thanks to Matthew that Ada Meher grew into its own brand, as he single-handedly grew the market to such a degree that it required its own brand.
With prior experience in recruitment, Matthew has been an asset to the business from the very beginning and has continued to outperform expectations for the last 3 years. This promotion reflects the growth of Ada Meher as a team, and will reward Matthew for his skill and dedication on leading the business. Matthew will still lead Ada Meher, with all the responsibilities that come with the role, such as team productivity and budget management, while also participating as part of the directorial team.
Under his leadership, Ada Meher has consistently performed to high standards, and, as part of this, the team has been steadily developing and expanding including the recent addition of Ikrah Shazad to our team and Sam Goode’s promotion to Senior Consultant in DevOps. Matthew has consistently shown himself to be a role model across the business and in the tech recruitment sector as a whole. Matthew’s brilliant service with clients and candidates has enabled him to build lasting connection throughout the industry.
