They have five internal products, one of which is the only one of its kind in the logistics and freight industry. This BA role is focused on the one-of-a-kind product, which is an interactive client freight tracking tool.

Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, with a consistent track record of delivering successful projects end-to-end
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Skilled in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements
- Familiarity with business analysis tools and relevant software (C#/.Net environment)
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Industrial Engineering

- Strong organisational and planning capabilities
- Experience working within Agile environments and methodologies
- Process modelling expertise
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management principles
- Exposure to, or knowledge of, the fresh produce and/or logistics sectors
