Their Need
SCAD Software are leading software consultancy who are transitioning to a SAAS, operating in South Africa and the UK. They are productising their internal framework, which allows for more efficient, timely software development with very little technical debt. They are an established business that has been around since the late 1990s, but in more recent years they have driven growth and expansion of their business, utilising Ada Meher exclusively to assist with this growth.
Our Fix
- We have spent lots of time meeting with different stakeholders within SCAD’s business, building rapport to understand their business, requirements and company culture. Within these meetings we have also provided consultation to SCAD on salary bandings, market trends and realistic timelines for such hires.
- We took responsibility for the entire hiring process including; detailed candidate qualification, providing detailed candidate summaries, interview arrangements and offer management.
- Having a regular, direct line of communication into the C-suite’s Executive assistant and CEO made all processes a highly efficient. We also maintained regular contact with all candidates in order to update SCAD on the candidate’s situations and thoughts on the prospect of joining them. This ultimately gave us the highest chance of getting a candidate on board at end of a process and we have not had an unclosed offer with SCAD up to present.
The Results
Serving as an exclusive extension of their talent team allowed us to really understand their business and what good looks like to SCAD and deliver on this. We’ve since placed management level candidates as well as five Full Stack Developers and we’re continuing to support them as they grow.
