Their tech stack is backend-focused with Java, AWS, Microservices, and Docker. Team management skills are key as you will be expected to mentor, monitor performance, guide strategically and recruit for your team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years technical management experience
- 5+ years of development experience with Java (.Net, Python or PHP will be considered)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering (or related field)

Technical Expertise
- Software Development - setting standards for the team, leading by example. Solving high-level, complex problems when escalated.
- Solution Architecture - contribute to architecture and design, reviewing solutions and collaborating with seniors in the team to provide the best solution.
- Project Management - collaborating with project office, product teams and professional services to define, prioritise and execute projects to the highest standard.
- Apply the relevant SDLC standards and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time and deadlines are met.
- Set clear goals and performance indicators for the team to work to and monitor their progress.
- Support team members in their growth journey on a professional and personal level, empowering them to progress within the company.
- One-to-one meetings with team members to measure performance and manage their progress.
