Natalie joins the company at a time of rapid growth to revolutionise the organisation’s employee development plan which includes formal training and career pathways.

Since being founded in 2011, Gilbert Meher has acquired a large team of dedicated consultants seeking to redefine recruitment in the healthcare industry. In 2022, Gilbert Meher is maximising its growth and the service it provides through a formal restructure of which the new Director of Talent & Development will be a crucial role.

Natalie will be responsible for leading Gilbert Meher’s graduate academy, which seeks to bring new talent to the company and provide in-house comprehensive training. Natalie’s new role will also include identifying and developing talent to provide an outstanding experience that both clients and candidates can rely on.

With over 15 years of experience within the recruitment industry, Natalie is well-versed in the development of training programmes and client relations. Gilbert Meher look forward to working with Natalie and are excited to see how Natalie’s expertise and experience develop the company with the wealth of skills she brings.
